CleanTags are tastefully designed. CleanTags TAP/QR interface displays the ISSA cleaning standards. Training and informational videos are displayed on the Heroes mobile phone to ensure upskilling

NFC/QR CLEANTAGS

CleanTags NFC TAP or QR interface ensure Restroom Heroes compliance. Guests who wish to provide feedback on condition of the restrooms use QR codes. 

CLEANTAGS INSTALLED

Restroom Heroes or location personnel attach CleanTags to the restroom doors. 

CleanTags are preloaded with restroom data and the  cleaning standard.

CORPORATE IT

The IT department of the company approves the Restroom Hero platform for use. Location staff receive instruction based on their role at company. APIs configured for company’s CRM, ServiceChannel, Corrigo, and Resq, among others.

RESTROOM CLEANING PLATFORM

SCHEDULED

When restroom cleaning is scheduled, a mobile app notifies location staff or Restroom Hero. Staff can be assigned to a location, or management can designate a flag to assign a Restroom Hero.

ON-DEMAND

Emergency cleanups, short staffed or when location staff is unavailable during busy hours can send restroom cleaning to Restroom Heroes.

USAGE BASED

IOT SENSORS Monitor restroom USAGE and initiate restroom cleaning request when parameters are reached.

GUEST GENERATED

Guests identify problems in the restroom and use the QR code to alert management who reviews and  issues a request for restroom cleaning.

HOW IT WORKS

1. REQUEST SERVICE

Location staff can request service or schedules restroom cleaning from their mobile application or by tapping the CleanTag.

2. CHECK-IN

Restroom Heroes within the radius of the location are offered the restroom cleaning. Restroom Heroes accept requests on mobile device and check in by tapping CleanTag. Restroom Heroes receive vital training, compliance checklists and critical training developed by the ISSA. CleanTags verify proof of presence.

4. CHECK-OUT 

Restroom Hero completes the restroom cleaning and associated checklist, and takes after-cleaning photograph.

3. PAYMENT PROCESSED

Location staff receives a text message soliciting feedback after Restroom Hero finishes cleaning if management does not respond. Restroom Hero receives positive feedback and immediate payment through their Restroom Hero bank account or stored-value card..
